"furnaceface.jpg" is the name of an image that was being spread around various boards and image hosting sites sometime in the mid 2010's. the image appears to be a cropped photo of an open furnace with what appears to be either the charred remains of a human corpse or something more demonic. Theory's have ranged wildly from the image being an accidental industrial death, cartel murder evidence and even evidence of some kind of Faustian pact.

While the image did not gain as much traction in its day among other famous creepypasta images the current climate of interest finding lost and mysterious media has brought furnaceface.jpg back into the public eye with many trying to find the original, uncropped photo and many trying to find the origin to the existence of the photo itself.
